1. Architecture Drafting Project
Project Description : The client had sent us images in PDF or JPEG format along with their instructions. The images had to be converted to complete working drawing set.
Volume : 8 drawings per week
Turnaround Time : Continuous work for 6 months
Software Used : AutoCAD 2007
Challenges faced during execution : The details on the cad files and hand sketches were not very clear. As a result, our draftsmen had to put in extra efforts to maintain the quality and stick to the turn around time.
2. Structural Drafting Project
Project Description : The client had sent us structural drawings which had to be converted to Structural Layers as per client requirements.
Scope of work:
General Structural Notes
Foundation plan
Framing plans
Shear wall location plan and notes
Structural Sections
Volume : 5 drawing sheets per week
Turnaround Time : Continuous work for 4 months
Software Used : AutoCAD 2005 and Revit Structure
Challenges faced during execution : There were no challenges faced.
3. Mechanical Drafting Project
Project Description : The client had sent us 2D Cad Files in PDF format and Hand Sketches via email. The drawings had to be converted to 2D CAD Drawings.
Volume : 35 drawing sheets
Turnaround Time : 6 Drawings per Day
Software Used : Auto CAD 2007
Challenges faced during execution : The client wanted all the 35 sheets completed in 7 days. We worked extra hours to meet the turnaround time and were able to complete the project in 6 days without any compromise on quality. In spite, the turnaround time for this project being short, we finished it before the time due to our efficient team resource allocation, dedication, hard work and customer satisfaction approach
4. Electrical Drafting Project
Project Description : This is one of the projects of our ongoing clients for whom we work on man month basis. The client had sent us tiff files with markups, floor plan and architectural layout in AutoCAD format which had to be converted into the drawings as per clients CAD standards. There were on an average 60 smoke detectors, 8 Access Control points to be prepared and risers for each layout. We used AutoCAD for counting devices.
Volume : 12 drawing sheets
Turnaround Time : 2 days
Software Used : AutoCAD 2007
Challenges faced during execution : There were no challenges faced.
